Anjali is a Business lecturer at EDENZ. Anjali’s academic interests range from Engineering Design to Business Management. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Communication; researching alcohol related communication in NZ primary care settings. She has corporate experience in System Design, Knowledge Management, Operations Management and Marketing and Communications.

She was recognized for academic excellence in her postgraduate studies and has also been commended for her innovation in optimizing workplace practices to increase business efficiency. She has experience in teaching at intermediate, high school and university levels, as well as training executives in the corporate world.

A foodie at heart, in her free time, she likes to practice yoga and meditation and read books on spirituality. She expresses her mind through writing. Anjali likes to blog and writes occasionally for the Australasian magazine ‘Enough!’.
