Layne provides both strategic and operational human resource support to EDENZ Colleges. She advises managers across all aspects of HR including recruitment & selection, learning & development, employment relations, compensation & benefits, health & safety and policy development.
Layne is responsible for championing the development of EDENZ’s staff across the business to improve work place effectiveness, productivity and overall engagement.
